- Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within Malaysia.
- International shipping varies by location.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, customized products, and hygiene-sensitive items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or
incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (if any).
